• Indexing, organizing, and categorizing AI tools across business, technical, creative, and professional domains.

Independent Aggregator Role: AI Libry is purely an informational directory. We do not develop, host, license, or sell the third-party software products listed on our platform, nor do we act as an agent, broker, or legal representative for any third-party tool developer.

Our directory provides references and links to software operated by third parties. Please be aware:

• Rapid Changes in AI Tools: The artificial intelligence sector changes rapidly. Pricing models (e.g., free tiers, credits, subscription fees), feature sets, token limits, server uptime, and licensing agreements can change without notice from tool developers.
• Independent Contracts: Any transaction, subscription, account registration, or data exchange you perform with an external tool is solely between you and that specific vendor.
• Separate Terms: You are subject to the independent Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), and Privacy Policies of the external provider.

You agree to use AI Libry solely for lawful personal or professional purposes. You specifically agree NOT to:

• Aggressive Scraping: Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-extraction tools to mass-harvest directory data, contact records, or proprietary categorization frameworks in a manner that strains our server infrastructure.
• System Interference: Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worm attacks, logic bombs, or engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against AI Libry.
• Fraudulent Submissions: Submit false, deceptive, or defamatory tool listings, fake reviews, or impersonate any person, business entity, or AI software brand.
• Circumvention: Bypass, disable, or tamper with security measures, CSRF tokens, or Google reCAPTCHA v3 protections implemented across our web forms.

If you are a founder, developer, or marketer submitting an AI tool to be featured on AI Libry:

• Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided (software name, URL, pricing, capabilities, API availability) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Legal Compliance: The submitted software must not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or export laws, nor contain malware, unauthorized spyware, or crypto-mining scripts.
• Editorial Discretion: AI Libry maintains exclusive editorial authority to approve, reject, edit descriptions, adjust category placement, or feature tools based on quality and relevance.
• Delisting Rights: We reserve the unilateral right to remove any listed tool at any time without prior notice if the service ceases operations, engages in deceptive practices, or violates community standards.

In full compliance with international advertising standards and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we maintain full transparency regarding our monetization model:

• Affiliate Partnerships: Certain outbound links pointing to third-party AI software may be affiliate referral links. If you click on an affiliate link and subsequently purchase a subscription, AI Libry may receive a referral commission.
• No Surcharge to Users: Using an affiliate link on AI Libry never increases the price you pay. In many instances, our partnerships provide exclusive discount codes or extended free trials for our community.

AI Libry IP: All original content, site architecture, visual interface designs, curated collections, proprietary category taxonomies, badges, code scripts, and the "AI Libry" trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Libry and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party product names, logos, registered trademarks, and brand emblems displayed on AI Libry (such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Their presence on AI Libry constitutes nominative fair use solely for identification, descriptive, and reference purposes.

AI Libry is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, AI Libry expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of defects.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any AI tool description, pricing tier, or performance claims listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Libry, its operators, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or commercial opportunities.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information or recommendations published on AI Libry.
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from your use of external AI models or third-party software listed on our platform.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.

We reserve the right, without liability and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend your access to AI Libry, block specific IP addresses, or remove submitted content if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive scraping, or infringed upon the intellectual property of others.

We may amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect updates in our platform capabilities, legal statutory mandates, or industry developments. When changes are posted, the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly.

Your continued access to or use of AI Libry after any such revisions become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
